We tend to invest in businesses at the chasm one point (£7.5m revenue/50 employees), helping partners overcome early scaling challenges.

In the Development Phase, we take a patient, long-term approach, supporting them through organisational and psychological hurdles from chasm two (£25m/250 employees) to chasm four (£100m/1,000 employees).

If there is further potential for growth, we will bring like-minded institutional investors into a platform. In these journeys we see phenomenal impact.

Since partnering with Envoy in 2019, RSE has experienced remarkable growth. What began as a team of 450 people with a turnover of £54m has grown into a business of more than 2,000 employees, on track to reach £360m in turnover this year.
